Day 1 Arrive Maun
Arrive at Maun Airport and make your way to Gray's Eden, a serene boutique hotel perched on the banks of the Thamalakane River and the ideal place to unwind after your journey to Botswana. Enjoy a relaxing night here sampling the hotel's delicious cuisine and absorbing the river views before embarking on your journey into the Okavango Delta.

Day 2 Maun to Kwara Private Concession
This morning, take a short flight from Maun to the private airstrip of Kwando's 4 Rivers in the Okavango Delta. This intimate nine-tent camp enjoys exclusive access to the western side of the Kwara Private Concession: an area spanning 432,000 acres and brimming with excellent game viewing opportunities. Avoiding any ostentatiousness, the camp is comfortably furnished and prides itself on its guides' exceptional knowledge of the region's geography and wildlife. Spend some time settling into camp before an afternoon game drive.

Day 3 - 4 Kwara Private Concession
Spend the next couple of days delving into the wonders of the concession with 4 Rivers' expert guide and tracker teams. Venture out on a game drive to spot lion, zebra, leopard and African wild dog crossing the grasslands or drinking from the flood waters. Your guide will explain the significance of the annual floods and how they bring the plains to life following the rainy season. With just six guests per vehicle, game drives here are intimate and exclusive, allowing guests to get the perfect view of this magnificent spectacle. Get even closer to the wildlife during a nature walk and explore the region's woodlands and grassy plains which thrum with colourful birdlife. In between drives, enjoy a dip in the swimming pool or a rejuvenating cocktail in the bar overlooking the waterway.

Day 5 Kwara Private Concession to Kwando Reserve
Today, you will make your way to another Kwando property, Lebala. With a name translating to "wide-open plains", the camp is nestled in 573,000 acres of sprawling grassland and floodplains. Unwind after your journey with lunch in the communal dining area and enjoy some time to yourself with a book on your verandah or a yoga session on the viewing deck.

Day 6 - 7 Kwando Reserve
Spend the next two days exploring the reserve on game drives with your guide and tracker team to spot the formidable elephants who can be found in abundance across the concession. The reserve is also primed for spotting a variety of plains game, so keep an eye out for wildebeest, zebra, and giraffe as well as water dwelling hippo and a healthy population of big cats. Lebala also offers guests the to opportunity to set out on a night game drive, showcasing a different side to the delta. If you're lucky, you may see wild dog here.

Day 8 Kwando Reserve to Victoria Falls
Today, make the journey, by air, across the border in pursuit of Zimbabwe's famous and imposing Victoria Falls. Few places offer a better immersion into the falls and its surroundings than The Elephant Camp, with its 12 exclusive luxury suites each equipped with an inviting plunge pool and viewing deck overlooking the gorges. Fuel yourself for the next couple of days' adventures with some indulgent cuisine, be it local dishes with wild game and organic vegetables or a tempting pizza fresh from the outdoor pizza oven. Should you simply wish to relax, treat yourself to one of the camp's soothing massages from the comfort of your suite.

Day 9 - 10 Victoria Falls
Over the next two days, immerse yourself in the magic of the region by getting stuck into the many activities offered by the camp. The showstopper in these parts is undoubtedly the Victoria Falls National Park, whose formidable presence is best explored on foot with one of the camp's knowledgeable guides. Soak up the views in style by stopping for cocktails and canopies on the edge of the Batoka Gorge. Adventure seekers will delight in opportunities to canoe along the Upper Zambezi or explore the rainforest canopy by thrilling rope bridge and zip line circuits. The best views, however, are absorbed by helicopter as you take the jaw-dropping "Flight of Angels" over the falls - a truly astonishing experience. For a final dose of wildlife, head to the nearby elephant sanctuary to get up close to these gentle giants or take a game drive through the Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve to spot the Big 5 and possibly even the endangered black rhino.
