ASP.NET SESSION

3. E-NEWSLETTERS AND OPEN TRACKING

Our e-newsletters are distributed using a system called DotMailer, which includes an analytics package to track delivery and use of our e-newsletters. The analytics provide information on, but is not limited to: percentage delivered, percentage opened, unsubscribe statistics, click-throughs to a web-site and how many were forwarded to another person. We use the analytics package to make decisions on such aspects as, but not limited to, frequency of e-news distribution, product development and future promotions based on click-through statistics. By ticking our form to receive priority updates, news, special offers and events, you allow us to use Open Tracking to improve and better tailor our e-marketing activity.

4. ANONYMOUS BROWSING

Except where you register online for a service (such as request a brochure, enquire, enter a competition, register for a newsletter, create a 'Wish List' or submit a booking form), you browse our web-site anonymously and no personal information (such as e-mail address or other contact details which may identify you) is collected or stored by Red Savannah Ltd.
