Take a hot air balloon ride over the picturesque colonial city of San Miguel de Allende, swim with whale sharks in the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, eat fabulous street food in Mexico City's vibrant San Juan market or simply bask in the sunshine on the Riviera Maya.
