Nestled at the southernmost tip of the Namib desert in the Karas region, are luxurious tents designed to be in keeping with the twentieth century era, giving a classic safari feel to Sonop.
The camp is furnished with antiques, creating an element of sophistication and it is perched on top of boulders, providing clients with exquisite views over the beautiful panoramic desert landscape.
There are eight one-bedroom tents and two two-bedroom tents, with the latter being suitable for families. They all have four-poster beds, en-suite bathrooms built around a central bath tub and roll-up canvases enabling you to admire the stunning scenery.
The tranquil, serene camp is the ideal setting to relax and unwind, by either enjoying a treatment in the spa, by observing the sun rising whilst doing a bit of yoga or meditation in the morning, or by watching a film in the open-air cinema amongst the desert and the endless night sky with a cocktail in hand.
