Day 1 Arrive Dar Es Salaam
Arrive in Dar Es Salaam today where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your comfortable hotel for the evening.

Day 2 To Nyerere National Park
Transfer back to the airport in time for your flight to the Nyerere National Park. Enjoy your first mini-game drive to camp as soon as you arrive. Siwandu Camp consists of two separate tented camps, one with six tents and the other with seven. Each camp comes with its own host, game viewing vehicles, jetty for boat safaris and walking guides. All tents in both camps are widely spaced to ensure maximum privacy with each featuring an en-suite bathroom, open air hot water shower, king-size bed and ceiling fan for the warmer evenings. The two mess tents (one for each camp) feature their own kitchen, swimming pool, well stocked bar and dining area, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Day 3 - 4 Safari adventures in Nyerere
Spend the next two days immersed in the breathtaking surroundings of Nyerere. Activities include 4x4 game drives, bush walks and boat excursions. Home to over 350 species of birds, 2,100 species of plant, 108,000 buffalo, 60,000 elephant and approximately 1,300 of the world's 4,000 remaining wild dogs, the game viewing here is phenomenal.

Day 5 Nyerere - Ruaha National Park
Today you will be flown from Nyerere to Ruaha. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Ikuka Safari Camp. Perched high on a ridge overlooking the vast expanses of the Ruaha National Park, this highly personalised camp boasts fabulous tented suites, exceptional cuisine and world-class game viewing opportunities.

Day 6 - 7 Ruaha National Park

Day 8 To Fanjove Private Island
Today you fly to Dar es Salaam and then onward via Mafia Island to Songo Songo Island. From you are transferred to the shoreline for the 45-minute dhow (boat) trip to Fanjove Island. Step straight into the water and on to the white sandy beach of your very own Robinson Crusoe island.

Day 9 - 10 Beach relaxation on Fanjove Island
The next two days are at leisure for you to relax in the blissful surroundings of Fanjove Island. Recline on dazzling white-sand beaches, discover an array of marine life on snorkelling and diving adventures, set out on a dolphin watching safari or take a leisurely dhow cruise to watch the sunset.
