Day 1 Arrive in Colombo
Arrive in Colombo where you will be met by a Red Savannah representative and transferred to your hotel in nearby Kotuguda. Time at leisure to relax and explore this old colonial manor house.

Day 2 Hatton
Head off this morning with your driver towards Hatton. Arrive at Ceylon Tea Trails in the Bogawantalawa Valley in prime tea growing country a short distance from Castleragh Lake. Ceylon Tea trails comprises of four colonial era tea planter's bungalows. Each bungalow, built between 1890 and 1939 offers gracious living thanks to authentic period furnishings and an array of helpful staff. The delicious food is cooked to order and ranges from Western food to traditional Sri-Lankan classics. All the bungalows have their own swimming pools and wonderful, terraced lawns from which to enjoy the views

Day 3 - 4 Hatton
Two full days to do as little or as much as you wish. Trek, cycle and enjoy picnics in magnificent locations and sumptuous food prepared with fresh, home-grown ingredients. Learn about the planters of old Ceylon as they trekked through the jungle looking for the best slopes on which to plant tea. Enjoy a leisurely walk through a variety of landscapes with striking flora and fauna and a wealth of wildlife. Visit a local tea factory and discover the process, unchanged for a century of how to 'made' tea or simply luxuriate in the privacy and comfort of your own room with a spa treatment.

Day 5 Cape Weligama
Bid farewell to Ceylon Tea Trails and transfer in a private vehicle to Cape Weligama. Leave behind the highlands and pass through tea estates and spectacular mountainous peaks on your journey to the sea. Perfectly positioned on the South Coast and just 30 minutes from Galle sits this stunning new property which stares out into the vast Indian Ocean from the southern tip of the Subcontinent. Here you can completely relax for four days.

Day 6 - 8 Cape Weligama
Cape Weligama is a magnificent property, perched on a headland above the ocean. Here you have 3 days to dedicate to swimming in the crescent shaped pool, relaxing in the spa, fishing and strolling along the beach. On one afternoon, you will meet up with a driver guide to explore the charming old town of Galle with its Fort, attractive narrow streets lined with colonial buildings and its impressive National Maritime Museum. You are also free to explore the thriving villages along the coast if you so wish.
