Enjoy a full day to explore Sydney, the oldest, largest and some say most beautiful city in Australia. Created around a dazzling harbour, the city has a relaxed style but manages at the same time to be vibrant and alive, with world class restaurants, fabulous beaches, art galleries and theatres; as well as iconic landmarks including Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. We recommend a day out on the harbour with a skipper for a sumptuous lunch, fine wine and spectacular views from the water. Join the locals for a coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte beach, or take a ferry to Manly and enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the sea.

Enjoy a morning at leisure. In the afternoon, make your own way to the Opera House to meet your guide for a tour of this hallowed theatre. The tour will give you exclusive access to areas usually off limits and the chance to capture photographs from rare vantage points, a truly fascinating experience. Continue to one of Sydney's highlights, the Sydney Harbour Bridge for an exhilarating, three hour climb to the summit for a birds-eye view of the magnificent skyline. Stroll back to your hotel in the evening stopping en route to enjoy al fresco dining at one of the city's many restaurants.

After an early breakfast, your private driver will whisk you back to the airport for your flight to Ayers Rock. Enjoy two nights at Longitude 131, a safari-style luxury desert camp, that is surrounded by rugged wilderness and where one can experience unobstructed views of Uluru from the comfort of ones bed. On arrival, spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing before a sunset journey into the Dreamtime, as you listen to Aboriginal stories about how the world and its creatures were created.

Rise early to see Uluru at its most spiritual and serene. You will see the beautiful changing colours, and meander through the massive rock formations that characterise central Australia. Your guide will explain more about the landscape and its people, revealing the cultural significance of Kata Tjuta as a sacred Aboriginal men's ceremonial site as well as its position in European history.

There is one last chance to watch the sunrise over Ayers Rock before breakfast. In the early afternoon, you will be driven to the airport for your flight to Brisbane, where you will collect you rental vehicle and make your own way to The Emporium Hotel, Southbank, which will take around 20 minutes. Your accommodation is stylish and contemporary and houses one of the hottest rooftop bars in the city. Galleries, museums and theatres are all within strolling distances of the hotel, along with the waterfront and many excellent restaurants to enjoy dinner.

After breakfast, make your way back to the airport for your short flight to Townsville. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the shared domestic flight to Orpheus Island, which takes just 30 minutes. On arrival, transfer to your gorgeous beachfront room, with a private terrace that overlooks the Coral Sea. Home for the next four nights, enjoy all of the wonderful activities that are on offer on the island, which include an excellent spa, stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, fishing, kayaking. Stroll to Pioneer Bay, the island's marine research facility operated by James Cook University, where Marine Scientists conduct integral research on climate change.
Overnight: Orpheus Island
Enjoy three full days on the island to relax. It goes without saying that the diving here is some of the best in the world; don't miss the opportunity to explore an underworld filled with colourful coral and fish, or alternatively enjoy a romantic escape to a secluded beach or cruise at sunset aboard a fabulous yacht.
