Day 1 Arrive In Adelaide
Land in the city of Adelaide and transfer to The Mayfair Hotel to relax after your journey. The Mayfair is the city's newest five-star boutique hotel which occupies a heritage-listed, beautifully renovated building. With history and art proudly on display, Adelaide's art gallery, National Heritage Museum and botanical gardens are just a short stroll away. This evening, head to the Hennessey rooftop bar with its glass-top terrace for cocktails.

Day 2 Private tour of Adelaide
The city of Adelaide is a beautiful mixture of quaint, historic buildings and the busy hum of a thriving city. You will be met after breakfast by your guide who will accompany you on a fascinating walking tour. Explore the Adelaide Central Markets and the South Australian Museum. Visit the Jam Factory to enjoy glass blowing, sample some premium South Australian wines and discover the many other highlights of the city. Return to the hotel to spend some time at leisure or continue to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 3 Fly to the Eyre Peninsula
Bid farewell to Adelaide and transfer to the airport for your short flight to the Eyre Peninsula, the beginning of your free-spirited adventure. On arrival you will meet 'Lunch' your incredible host. A fourth-generation grain farmer, David (Lunch) Doudle was raised on his family's 1,600-hectare property and spent his childhood summers with friends, teaching them how to snorkel, surf, sand board, fish, and camp under the stars. Transfer to your comfortable hotel then spend the rest of the day in Lunch's 4wd vehicle as you swap the city crowds for pristine landscapes, rich in wildlife.

Day 4 - 5 Exploring the Eyre Peninsula with a local host
Spend two full days with charismatic host Lunch, uncovering the very best that this region has to offer. The Eyre Peninsula provides over 65% of Australia's seafood, which you will have a chance to savour at one of the best local restaurants, during your stay. A place of natural beauty, you will be taken off the beaten track to explore some of the many deserted beaches of Coffin Bay National Park. Try sand boarding down some of the huge sand dunes and visit the spectacular limestone cliffs. Discover bush walking trails that lead you to untouched locations, navigate the jagged coastlines, stop at pristine beaches for lunch, explore the untamed parks and search for native wildlife that is hidden in the bush. Dinners will be sumptuous, local seafood such as lobster, crab, abalone and a variety of deep-water fish, all complemented with the region's finest wines.
Option: Upgrade your stay in Port Lincoln to a private beach house, where Lunch and his team will serve up fresh ingredients for breakfast and dinner as you dine out overlooking the ocean.

Day 6 Sydney
After breakfast, transfer back to the airport for your flight to Sydney, with a change of aircraft in Adelaide. You will be met and transferred to Spicers Potts Point, a stunning heritage property built in 1880, that has now been beautifully transformed into a boutique hotel. Help yourself to refreshments from the honesty bar and enjoy them in the spacious light-filled courtyard. Close by, there are elegant tree-lined boulevards to explore, plenty of excellent bars and restaurants to try and gorgeous boutiques to peruse.

Day 7 Harbour Bridge Climb
Enjoy a free morning in Sydney to do as much or as little as you wish, before you make your own way to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Join a professional climber as you summit the bridge via the upper-arch for panoramic 360-degree views of the city. Learn about the history and engineering of this world-famous icon and see Sydney at its best. You will be part of a small group of around 14 people and the climb with take around 3.5 hours in total. After the climb, we can highly recommend a meal at Aria, with its fine dining and exceptional location next to the Opera House. For something a little more informal try the Lord Nelson, Sydney's oldest pub that offers award-winning beers and superb cuisine in a relaxed setting.

Day 8 Bicycle tour of Sydney
After breakfast, make your own way to Harmony Park to meet a small group for your city cycling adventure. Cycle through the quiet residential streets of the city, past icons such as the Opera House, the Royal Botanic Gardens and everything in between. Your afternoon is at leisure; you might decide to stroll around the Royal Botanical Gardens, take a harbour cruise or ride the iconic ferry across to Manly for an afternoon on the beach.
Option : Step beneath the sails and enjoy a private guided tour of the world-renowned Sydney Opera House.

Day 9 The Blue Mountains
Rise early and spend the day exploring the Blue Mountains with a private guide. The Blue Mountains cover around 4,000 square miles of captivating landscape with waterfalls, sandstone cliffs and lush forest-filled valleys. The name originates from the eucalypti, the most prolific trees in the region, which hold a unique oil within the leaves. When it is hot the oil is released, omitting a stunning blue haze right across the skyline. Visit the glorious rock formation, the Three Sisters, overlooking the Jamison Valley, learn about the strong connection to the region's indigenous people and the legend that surrounds the three magnificent rocks. The history of the Blue Mountains adds a fascinating dimension to your explorations here as you encounter incredible rock art, hidden gorges and caves. After ample time exploring the area with your local guide, and a relaxing informal lunch, you will return to Sydney later this afternoon.

Day 10 Fly to Queensland
Leave Sydney behind and transfer to the airport to check in for your onward flight north to Cairns. On arrival, collect your rental vehicle and make your own way to Port Douglas, your home for the next five nights. The journey will take around one hour as you pass pristine white beaches on your right and rainforest on your left. Check in to your private apartment with the rest of the day free for you to relax or begin exploring.

Day 11 - 12 Two days at leisure in Queensland
The next two days are free for you to begin exploring the myriad attractions of this pristine area of Northern Queensland. Port Douglas is a chic, relaxed seaside village, gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree National Park and some exceptional beaches. Spend the day on the palm fringed Four Mile Beach or perhaps watch the sunset from a sailing boat. Try some white-water rafting on the Barron River or stroll round some of the daily markets for local handmade crafts to take home.

Day 13 Private Cultural Experience
Meet your superb Aboriginal guide for a full day exploring the region from a different perspective. You will visit several culturally-significant sights in Port Douglas including the World Heritage Daintree Rainforest, and you will learn about the remarkable relationships the Kuku Yalanji Aboriginal people have with their land. Originating from the rainforests, and the official owners of the rainforest in Far North Queensland, the Kuku Yalanji people have been living in harmony with the environment for over 50,000 years. They have many Aboriginal 'Dreaming Stories' to tell and they form a rich and important part of Australia's heritage. Have a go at spearing, try some bush-tucker and enjoy a tasty lunch in a secluded spot in the rainforest. Your day will end with a visit to some indigenous art and craft galleries in the area before you are transferred back to your accommodation.

Day 14 The Great Barrier Reef
After breakfast, make your way to the marina to board your high-speed catamaran for a memorable day exploring the Great Barrier Reef. You will travel in air-conditioned comfort to a spacious reef activity platform moored in protective lagoons at the renowned Agincourt Reef, on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Our selected catamaran operator
has facilities to enable both swimmers and non-swimmers to experience this stunning marine world, and you can explore the reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible, the underwater observatory. Agincourt Reef is particularly known for its special reefs known as 'ribbons', recognised as the most pristine eco-systems in the reef's environment. The panoramas above water, as well the marine life that can be observed beneath the surface, all make this an essential part of any Australian adventure.
Option: Add scuba diving, a guided snorkelling tour with marine a biologist or a helicopter flight to your reef adventure today. Day 15 At leisure
Enjoy your final day at leisure in Northern Queensland. After the exertions of the previous days you may simply wish to set up on Four Mile Beach for a day of well-earned relaxation, punctuated by refreshing swims and cold 'tinnies'. Alternatively you could explore the waterways of Port Douglas on a gentle river cruise, go paddle-boarding, sport fishing or take a day trip to Kuranda to enjoy a scenic train journey and a cable car ride up to the rainforest canopy.
Option: Take a private helicopter flight over Port Douglas, which can include a drop off on a reef pontoon or perhaps a flight over a rainforest waterfall.
