The most palatial of the luxury villas is Rahimoana, sitting in 44-acres of private land, it boasts four spacious bedrooms, floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors that lead you to a sun-soaked balcony, and a smooth infinity pool. The house commands attention, sitting at the very top of the hill blending seamlessly in to the surroundings. The name of the villa is just as impressive, translating from Maori into 'Sun God Over The Ocean', perfectly defining the house.
The style of Rahimoana is minimalistic, with crisp white walls, hand-stitched leather sofas, and ultra-modern fire place in the heart of the living room. Did we also mention it has its own private beach? The perfect place to enjoy a hearty picnic and soak up some of the glorious sun.
SACRED SPACE
This casually sophisticated villa has a more rustic charm compared to Rahimoana, bursting with antique furnishings, and exposed brick walls, Sacred Space is a cosy alternative. Nestled neatly into the hill and embraced by beautiful native trees and plants, Sacred Space has the feel of a jungle lodge. Native plants slink up the front of the house, draping it in a blanket of emerald green.

A home theatre with a projection screen is available, and a private chef is on hand to whisk up anything you wish. FIRST LIGHT TEMPLE
The smallest of all the villas with only one bedroom, but what it might lack in size, it makes up for in character and charm. The perfect villa for couples planning a New Zealand honeymoon, First Light offers utter seclusion and breath-taking views. The open-plan living room and kitchen, mingled together with the mezzanine bedroom, creates a warming and cosy feel, while the crackling fireplaces inside and outside are the perfect spot to wrap up by with a glass of wine in hand.

EAGLE SPIRIT
Rising out of the hillside, Eagle Spirit like all of Eagles Nest's properties offers a peaceful escape. With three spacious double rooms, a vast open plan living area, a warming fire place and a wide terrace that offers panoramic ocean views. There is a stunning infinity pool floating above the tree line, gazing directly over the bay, while the floor to ceiling glass windows capture the sun light as it sweeps across the horizon. A pleasant walk away from town, amble past languorously swaying palm trees and spiky native shrubbery into Russell for a day exploring, or a delightful breakfast on the waterfront. THE EYRIE
The Eyrie sits snuggled up in the hillside, peeping out from behind lofty trees and verdant shrubbery. Glass windows wrap around the house, enveloping it in a dusting of warming light, while native birds flutter overhead, and the elusive and rare Kiwi birds scuttle about. There are three gloriously sized bedrooms, two of which open on to the wooden terrace and the other overlooking the leafy hedges that frame the property. The generous amount of outdoor living space is perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the horizon, and star gaze from in the evening, viewing them without any pollution. The interiors like all Eagles Nest properties are minimalistic and sleek, with simple and soft greys and whites creating a serene space. A little walk from the beach, throw on some comfy shoes and cut through the hillside, enjoying the beautiful, sweeping views.
