NIVARA

The Domaine de Murtoli is an exquisite estate covering over 2500 hectares which encompass coast, river and countryside. Guests at the estate can divide their time between wonderful experiences at the private spa, delicious meals from the estate’s three restaurants, a golf course, quiet beaches, and plenty of wild backcountry for walking and relaxing far from the stresses of modern life. Nivara features four double bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a total area of 160m², split between the main house and an annex. Outdoors there is a summer kitchen, a steam room, a swimming pool and a dining-lounge area. The beach restaurant and beach are approximately 8 minutes away by car.

Garden level:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (can be twin), external access.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (can be twin), external access.
• Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with shower and WC. Separate laundry room.

Entrance level:

• Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen.

Upper level:

• Bedroom 3: Double bed, television, bathroom with stand-up shower and WC.

Annex:

• Bedroom 4: Double bed (can be twin), television, bathroom with bathtub and WC.
