The Plage des Canoubiers, made famous by Brigitte Bardot, is one of the peninsula’s most iconic beaches. Fringed with fragrant pine trees, the crescent-shaped bay is within 30 minutes’ walking distance of St Tropez village itself, with its cafes and restaurants and nightlife. Home to the St Tropez sailing club, the bay is a hive of activity during the summer months, as yacht tenders ferry guests from yachts moored in the bay.
Overlooking the bay is the villa Canoubier, an impressive 8-bedroom villa sleeping up to 16 guests. Set in extensive grounds of lawn and pines, accommodation is set over two floors, with a spacious master suite on the upper floor with views of the bay and the sound of birdsong from the terrace.
Additional bedrooms are located on a lower ground floor, several with direct garden access. A separate studio apartment is also available.
Outdoors a large, 20m heated pool is well positioned to maximise the spectacular outlook over the bay and edged with a shaded area for summer living. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen avoids the need to wander far from poolside throughout the day.
A full staff is included within the rental, including daily housekeeping and a chef.
