The chef looks after breakfast, lunch and dinner, the villa manager is on hand to organise any excursions that might come to mind, and the full-time housekeepers keep the villa looking perfect throughout. A helipad in the garden offers more flexibility when it comes to getting to and from the villa.

The main building is comprised of a large salon, dining room, television room, kitchen and three bedrooms, each equipped with a television and en-suite bathroom. A reversible air-conditioning system and under floor heating keep the house at a comfortable temperature year-round. The covered terrace has multiple areas for relaxing in the shade, and is framed by a heated infinity swimming pool. The salon views, terrace and swimming pool are all orientated to make the most of the expansive sea views. A separate building contains two independent en-suite bedrooms and a kitchenette.
