VILLA MIMOSA

Set in extensive gardens this original stone farmhouse has two garden terraces offering a choice of outdoor dining and seating areas for up to 12 guests, and a heated swimming pool and pool house surrounded by a large stone terrace, floodlit for long summer evenings.  There is a small children’s play area with swings and slides, and Petanque court.

GROUND FLOOR

The villa is entered through a spacious entrance hall with a downstairs cloakroom that leads on to a modern well equipped kitchen with large range cooker. A  living and dining area, that seats up to 10 guests, has French doors leading out onto the covered terrace and alfresco dining area. A separate sitting room has a log burning stove for cooler days.

FIRST FLOOR

• Bedroom 1:  French king-sized sleigh bed with en-suite shower room, and French windows leading on to a private terrace overlooking the garden
• Bedroom 2: Superking bed with shared bathroom
• Bedroom 3:  2 adult sized bunk beds (ideal for children or teenagers)
• Shared bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and WC

LOWER FLOOR (Garden Level)

• Bedroom 4: king-size bed, with en suite shower, wash basin and WC
• Bedroom 5: Family bedroom with a king-size  and 2 single beds, with en-suite bathroom
• Garden level rooms have their own private terrace and seating overlooking the gardens
• Utility room
