Four good sized rooms are on offer, including one in a studio with a private lounge in the garden. Each room has its own bathroom or shower. All are decorated tastefully, in keeping with the property's style and the colour palette of Provence.
The outdoor space, designed by landscape architect Jean-Noël Capart, links the pretty terraced garden with the breath-taking views of the foothills of the Alps over the roofs of the village. The terraces lead to the swimming pool and its pretty poolhouse. From the house you can walk straight into the village and join marked trails through the spectacular gorges nearby and into the vast wilderness of the Luberon natural Park. Alternatively, set out by car to explore the nearby villages of Viens, Simiane-la-Rotonde or some of the regions more famous outposts; Bonnieux, Lourmarin and Gordes.
The villa forms part of an estate that includes Villa Thyme, another charming villa. All have been lovingly restored and feature in our portfolio. The property owners have also spent years nurturing the estate's organic vines and the resulting vineyard boasts 11 organic wines and an impressive architecturally designed winery and restaurant. Guests at La Maison Oppedette can take a tour of the vineyard, dine at La Terrace restaurant or order cooked meals from the restaurant to be enjoyed in the villa.
