On the ground floor, the spacious living room leads from the ground floor entrance hall, boasting a large stone fireplace and workspace with views across lawns to the tennis court. At the opposite end, a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with French windows leads onto the terrace with outdoor seating and dining areas.
Seven bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 guests; upstairs, there are four stylish en-suite bedrooms, the master occupying its own private wing. The fifth and sixth bedrooms, in a separate annex with a kitchenette and living room, are ideal for those wanting a little more privacy, while a new independent suite offers accommodation for two further guests.
Well-tended gardens fringed by ancient cypress and olive trees, feature beds of scented lavender. The long, heated pool is secured and behind the house stands a floodlit tennis court and additional dining area.
