Almost every inch of this sun-filled region is dedicated to vineyard. Row upon row of vine extends to the horizon, providing colour and activity throughout the seasons. Rosé has become the vin de choix in the region, a delicious, light wine, more ubiquitous than water.
Surrounded with gardens of lawn, olives, and lavender, and views over open prairie, the Mas Provencal has a distinctly rural ambience, despite having the highlights of the region on the doorstep. The popular villages of Maussane-les-Alpilles, St Remy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence are all within easy reach.
Accommodation at the villa is set over two floors, with spacious open-plan living areas on the ground floor opening onto a surrounding terrace overlooking the gardens. Bedrooms, including a large master, are predominately on the upper floor, furnished with comfortable, king-size beds, and cooled with air-conditioning. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of which are accessed externally, including a family-style suite.
A large 17m pool is surrounded with 12 sun-loungers and four parasols and beyond, a shaded dining area perfect for pool-side lunches. A fully equipped gym is provided, as well as an outdoor grill for dining alfresco, and shaded parking for vehicles.
