Much of the summer on Corfu is centred around the beaches of Avlaki and Kogevina. The simple quietude of an early morning swim, the lunchtime hum of water-front tavernas, or an afternoon mastering a wind-surf, leisurely days unfold happily along this popular coastline. Within walking distance of both Kogevina and Avlaki beaches is Villa Pashalia, a lovely, five-bedroom villa enveloped in summer terraces and well-equipped with pool, table tennis, gym, TV den, snorkelling, and paddle boards.
A covered outdoor dining area with grill and summer kitchen is a terrific spot for dining al fresco, with views across the villa’s grounds and the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols line an L-shaped pool, surrounded with gardens teeming with jasmine, rosemary, and agapanthus, as well as a shaded seating area well-suited to a pre-dinner aperitif, or a languid afternoon in the shade.
Five air-conditioned bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10 adults in total, with bunk beds providing accommodation for a further two children. Living areas on the ground floor open on to the surrounding terraces, while guests with mobility constraints have step-free access from the lower gate to the ground-floor living spaces, including a bedroom with walk-in shower.
