VILLA LIVADI

The open plan living area and kitchen has a traditional feel with a cosy fireplace and wooden furniture whilst fresh and airy and bathed in natural sunlight. In the main villa, the en suite bedrooms are light, modern and comfortable, two with spectacular sea views and two looking out on to the beautiful garden. One of the bedrooms is situated in an annexe 8 metres away, which also features a living area and kitchenette. 

The outdoor area is a lovely space for both relaxation and play. Enjoy long summer days by the infinity pool whilst soaking up the inspiring views of the surrounding countryside and glistening azure sea on the horizon, a landscape synonymous with the Cyclades islands. A pergola with seating area provides pool-side shade, whilst an adjacent terrace also features a Jacuzzi for up to four people. For alfresco meals or pre-dinner drinks, a covered outdoor dining area features an barbeque and seating-area.

Located close to the main villa, a second, independent property provides accommodation for a further four guests with two separate suites. Each with a kitchenette, living area and private terrace. There is also a small pool with counter current system.

All bedrooms and suites have air conditioning and beds are double (160 x 200cm) and cannot be separated.
