Swing in an Easterly direction along the spectacular coastal road that leads from Positano to Amalfi and in a few minutes you will find yourself in the pretty village of Praiano. Unlike some of the bigger names along the coast like Positano and Amalfi, Praiano's popularity derives from its relative solitude. Beneath the village there's a sandy beach called la Praia and a rocky beach La Gavitella, an incredible spot where you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun - absolute bliss on this convoluted stretch of coast. Sixty seven steps below the village, about a third of the way down towards the beach you will find Villa Le Terrazze. The arched style of the building reflects the local architecture and blends in with its natural surroundings. For smaller group, the villa can be rented on a 6 bedrooms basis.
