The villa is ideally set up for summering (or wintering) in Tuscany, with three lovely air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious ground floor that opens up onto pretty terraced lawns and gardens. The light and flowing ground floor is deliberately designed to open up onto the villa's gardens and terraces through lovely French doors that create a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow and let in oodles of fabulous sunshine.
On balmy summer evenings you can choose to dine al fresco on the terraces, or indoors in a beautifully presented dining room with open fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has a central island, making food preparation very easy and also opens up onto the terraces. The charming sitting room with more French doors has another open fireplace and has lovely views over the Lucchese Valley. There's a laundry room and a guest bathroom on this floor too.
