• Bedroom Antognolla: Queen bed (1.8m x 2m) that can be twin, with large bathroom with shower suitable for disabled use and shared with Bedroom La Bruna. Wide door leading outside. 
• Bedroom La Bruna: Single bed (90cm x 1.9m) with basin and door leading outside.

• Sitting room with TV, music, library with English books and a wood stove 
• Bedroom Montecorona: King bed (1.9m x 2m) with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, fireplace as decoration, terrace with table and chairs and private entrance.
• Bedroom Monte Acuto: King bed (1.9m x 1.9m) that can be twin, with en-suite bathroom with large, walk-in shower.
