Bedrooms, including two on an upper floor at each end of the property, are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, bathrobes, Bose mini-speakers and full-size bathroom amenities.
Several steps below the house, a stone pathway leads to a pretty pool and terrace arranged with sun loungers and parasols positioned to take in the surrounding views.
Sa Terra Rotja is part of Sir Richard Branson’s Son Bunyola estate which comprises two further villas, Son Balagueret (four bedrooms) and Sa Punta de S’Aguila (five bedrooms), and a newly opened 26-room five-star boutique hotel, Son Bunyola, a beautifully restored 16th century finca. Villa guests are welcome to dine at the hotel - where two restaurants are overseen by farm to fork enthusiast, Chef Samuel Galdón - as well as make use of the spa and tennis court (early pre-booking for both is highly recommended). The estate is criss-crossed with various walking and biking trails, including down to a rocky cove lapped with clear waters. Bikes can be rented from the hotel and a walking guide can be booked to fully explore the estate.
