Dining at Son Fuster is taken very seriously. With an emphasis on organic and sustainability, the in-house chef produces menus largely designed around ingredients from the estate’s own farm or the local area. What’s more, with all food and beverages included in the rental, from chorizo to champagne, there’s no need for anyone to worry about spending a final few precious hours of vacation dealing with receipts and grocery bills.
A variety of terrific dining spots are located around the property. Perhaps breakfast at the pool house, lunch on the terrace with mountain views, a picnic in the shade of palm trees, or an atmospheric dinner in the candlelit courtyard.
There is plenty to do in-between. Palma is less than 25 minutes by car, for a fun morning exploring the old town, or an evening discovering the city’s noteworthy restaurant scene. The pretty villages and beaches of Mallorca’s northern and western coast are within 45 minutes, and the harbours at Soller and Palma easily accessible for boarding a day’s yacht charter to explore the coastline.
A wide range of facilities at the property include a heated swimming pool (10m x 6m), padel court, yoga, volleyball, and croquet, as well as 2km of pathways for jogging or biking around the estate.
