As part of Valeria’s vision for the hotel, a heavy emphasis has been placed on offering a high-quality dining experience, and a top-notch spa and wellness element. The culinary offering at Grantley Hall has already been acknowledged by Relais & Chateaux, with Michelin-starred (and Yorkshire born) chef Shaun Rankin overseeing the menus at the signature fine-dining restaurant. Traditional fare can be enjoyed in a relaxed setting overlooking the parkland at Fletchers, or - for a complete change of scene - head to dazzling Bar & Restaurant EightyEight for sophisticated Pan Asian cuisine and cocktails. The wellness facilities at Grantley Hall are equally impressive.
