Culinary director Skye Gyngell oversees Marle - the fine dining restaurant - and the more casual Hearth centred on an open fire, using only the finest of ingredients in season. With its own range of skincare products, Wildsmith Skin is created on site from the apothecary garden and the Little Bothy Spa is the place to escape for a yoga or meditation class or indeed a treatment inspired by the estate. Home Farm produces not only the fruit, vegetables and honey for the estate, but also has an ever-growing family of livestock producing eggs and an abundance of flowers year-round, evolving to become fully bio-dynamic as all practices are done by hand.
