The main house offers 7 bedrooms across the 2 upper floors including a kids' dormitory, and communal areas including a large country kitchen with 120ft 13th century well, Jacobean panelled dining room, living room, drawing room and several nooks and snugs for relaxing with a decent read and spaces for retreating by the fireplace. The former farm buildings provide 4 further accommodation units, as well as the tithe barn, that doubles as a great entertaining venue for up to 200 guests, a snooker room with bar and a magnificent indoor pool with jacuzzi and treatment rooms.

Overlooking the duck pond, a covered loggia provides long benches and oak tables for long lunches, and the enchanting surroundings include a formal Italian garden, stone terraces, lawns, woodlands and secret garden spaces, perfect for entertaining and exploration by welcome younger guests. Predominantly beech, ash and oak but with some mature elms, the woods are resplendent in the spring when covered in a blanket of wild garlic and bluebells, and equally inviting in their autumn glory.
