Day 1 Arrive Buenos Aires
Transfer to the Hotel Mio in Recoleta in time for early brunch. In the afternoon there will be a Four Plazas city tour to understand the history, peoples and varying cultures of Buenos Aires and Argentina by way of four plazas in different districts of the city. You will spend the next three nights at Hotel Mio on Bed and Breakfast basis.

Day 2 Recoleta
Afternoon private Tango lesson. Evening Tango show with dinner at El Querandi (one of the least commercial and more intimate venues).

Day 3 At Leisure
We would recommend a stroll along to San Telmo to enjoy the car-free streets of the flea market (Sundays), art and craft sellers and street performers.

Day 4 Mendoza
Visit the capital of the Argentine wine region. Transfer to the Cavas Wine Lodge where you will spend the next three nights on full board. Relax in your private casita with hypnotic views to the snow peaked high Andes, with sundowners on your terrace beside an open fire.

Day 5 - 6 Explore Mendoza
Enjoy two full days at leisure to explore the wine region by bike or foot or perhaps indulge in a wine tasting experience or relax by taking a wine-themed spa treatment. If you after a more adventurous day perhaps hit the rivers at the base of the Andes mountain range and try a spot of white water rafting.

Day 7 Iguazu Falls
Fly from Mendoza to Iguacu Falls, with a touch down in Salta. Transfer over the border to Brazil to your hotel right beside the falls within the Brazilian National Park.

Day 8 Iguazu
Relax in the tropical surroundings and explore the falls once all the day trippers have left for the day and you have them to yourselves. Cool off in the hotel's pool, before heading to the Itaipu restaurant to sample innovative Brazilian cuisine like pirarucu fish in banana manioc flour and mantecosa cheese ravioli with green asparagus and truffle broth.
