Day 1 Arrival Iguazu Falls
Fly into Iguazu and transfer to the Belmond Das Cataratas, just
over the Brazilian border. Surrounded by
tropical forest and perched on the edge of the falls, the hotel claims a very
solitary and privileged view over the torrential waters. The Iguazu Falls is one of the country’s, and
indeed planet’s most magnificent sights, ranked alongside Niagara and Victoria
Falls. Truly unique in their structure, a
huge volume of water cascades over a chain of 300 individual waterfalls nearly
3km wide.
Overnight: Belmond Das Cataratas

Day 2 Iguazu Falls
Passport at the ready, cross the border into Argentina to
explore the other side of the falls. Wander along the lower and upper trails
along the river surrounded by butterflies and walk the 1km walkway bridge to the
famous Devils Throat, looking out for toucans and cheeky black-capped capuchin
monkeys. Hold on tight as you stare into
the gorge, where the ferocious water disappears beneath you.

Day 4 - 5 Ibera Wetlands

seemingly constant veil of melodic birdsong, alongside the vast variety of
trees punctuating endless open space, help create an idyllic environment in
which to explore. Activities include visits to the Caiman Conservation Farm,
the arboretum, the monkey path as well as canoeing along the Paraná River. Surrounded by tracks, trails and hills, the Posada
Puerto Valle is also ideally placed for getting out and about on horseback or
mountain bike.

fascinating city as you continue to the lively yet laid-back neighbourhood of La
Boca, to enjoy the colourful street art and roadside Tango dancing.
