Each villa is also assigned its own guide and vehicle (a unique privilege in this region). Your guide will create tailored itineraries and activities based on your interests: walking, photography, wildlife spotting - there are countless foxes, eagles, condors, rhea, horses, sheep and guanacos waiting to be found, and the occasional puma for the lucky explorer. A local gaucho might ride with you over intoxicatingly isolated plains, ready to share tales over mate.

The restaurant is in the main lodge. At breakfast, find hot food and a spread of cheese and meats, as well as a juice bar to create fresh blends to start the day. At lunch and dinner, locally sourced ingredients lead the menu: such as lamb, guanaco and seafood including hake and crab. All are artfully presented in a creative meeting of tradition and contemporary haute cuisine. The bar's resident mixologist is both expert and inventive.
