Day 1 Arrive in Panama City
Arrive in Panama City today where you will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in a private vehicle. Located in the heart of the Casco Viejo, your luxurious hotel base is in a prime position to begin exploring the old town's cobbled streets, fine restaurants and atmospheric bars.

Day 2 Panama City & the Panama Canal
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your private guide to begin your fascinating insight into one of the world's greatest feats of engineering - the mighty Panama Canal. You will be driven first to the Agua Clara Visitor Centre on the Atlantic side of the canal to take in the impressive views. There is also a range of fascinating exhibits and a projection room narrating the history of the canal. You will then travel along the impressive Amador Causeway taking in the views of the canal on one side and the city skyline on the other, before venturing into the heart of the historic centre for a comprehensive guided tour. Explore the Casco Viejo's colourful streets lined with colonial houses and ornate churches, your expert guide unlocking the secrets of the city and its hidden gems along the way.

Day 3 Travel to a private archipelago in the Chiriquí Gulf
Today you will leave the city behind and take the short flight out to one of the most exclusive beach hideaways in Panama. Day 4 Adventures in the Coiba National Park
Wake to the sight of the shimmering turquoise waters in the bay and, after a delicious made-to-order breakfast, you can choose how your day will play out. There is no set programme at Islas Secas, but a vast menu of included activities are on offer for you to select from. One of the highlights of the region is the Coiba National Park, a UNESCO-protected tropical forest and marine reserve where a rich array of flora, fauna and avifauna can be observed. Certified divers can enjoy a scuba diving adventure in the little-visited but highly abundant marine world of Coiba, while those who prefer to stay above water can take advantage of seasonal whale and dolphin watching cruises.

Day 5 Nature and relaxation in Islas Secas
Today you may wish to delve deeper into the tropical forests of the Islas Secas archipelago, to discover of the animals and birds that make this pristine area their home. Bird watchers will delight in the opportunity to spot some of the region's myriad resident and migratory species, and a boat trip across to Isla Coco offers the chance to glimpse soaring frigate birds, peregrine falcons and brown-footed boobies. Guided nature walks can also be taken in the forest trails on the main island, included one to the giant Bufadora blowhole.

Day 6 Watersports and relaxation at Islas Secas
Lovers of watersports will also find a natural home at Islas Secas, with a range of water toys on offer to immerse you in the crystalline waters of the archipelago. Go paddle boarding or snorkelling in the vast expanses of turquoise and blue, or perhaps set out by kayak to explore the coastline and hidden caves. For a faster pace, wakeboards and seabobs are also available, or - for the ultimate adrenaline rush - experience the sensation of flying above the water on an e-foil. Back at the resort, be sure to pay a visit to the spa at least once during your stay, where a range of holistic treatments are delivered in a soothing setting, surrounded by hummingbird gardens.

Day 7 Private beach day in the Chiriquí Gulf
Round off your Islas Secas experience in style with a private beach day on one of the archipelago's secluded and utterly picturesque islands. You will be equipped with snorkelling gear, kayaks and a gourmet picnic lunch and then left to enjoy a blissful day alone on a castaway beach.
