THE BELMONT ESTATE

The main house comprises five en-suite bedrooms including a walk-in hammam steam shower and large soaker bath. Two expansive living rooms with gas fireplaces encompass the dining and kitchen area, leading out to a large front terrace and entertaining area. Your chef will conjure up gourmet extravaganzas in the fully equipped kitchen, and the wine cellar is stocked with some of the world’s finest wines and spirits. Downstairs, you will find a separate media room, billiard table and children’s games, and the library is the ideal space for those on workations. The separate guest house offers two further bedrooms and a loft. A gym, sauna and spa treatment room are houses in separate buildings within the estate.

Outside, the landscaped gardens boast a heated outdoor pool (15m x 8m) and a 12-seater hot tub, as well as outdoor fire pits to enable year-round al fresco entertaining with views of the iconic Black Tusk volcano.

The estate is fully staffed including a private chef, chalet host and personal concierge with daily catered services. VIP experiences can be arranged to include float plane adventures, paddle boarding on a glacier lake, boat trips, heliskiing and fly fishing to name a few.

Winter brings some of the world’s best skiing and snowboarding or you might enjoy dog sledding, ice fishing and ice climbing.

Summers are all about hiking, cycling, golf, riding, zip lining, rafting, bear viewing, beach volleyball, bungee jumping, ATV tours, fly fishing, kayaking and floatplane biking.
