CABINS ON LE BORÉAL
Le Boréal’s 132 staterooms and suites envelop guests in a cocoon-like haven of understated luxury, furnished with fine linens, a soothing colour palette and plenty of modern comforts. Nespresso coffee machines, Bose Bluetooth speakers and 24-hour room service come as standard, and all but one category of stateroom boast private balconies. A collection of suites offer enhanced living areas and bathrooms, with a number also catering to family groups. The top category suites also come with dedicated butler service and priority boarding.
DINING
Cuisine is always an important element of a Ponant cruise, and Le Boréal is no exception. Guests can choose between informal dining in the relaxed setting of La Boussole grill restaurant or the refined gastronomic experience on offer at La Licorne. The chefs at both restaurants share the attention to detail and culinary flair engendered by the Alain Ducasse centre of culinary excellence.
AMENITIES
From the fabulous panoramic lounge and terrace on deck 6 to the heated outdoor dipping pool and exterior bar, communal spaces have been designed to maximise comfort during your time onboard. If you can manage to tear yourself away from the hypnotic panoramas as you sail, Le Boréal’s spa and wellness area is the idea place for a spot of pampering after a day of Arctic adventures.
WHY WE LIKE IT
We love Le Boréal’s immense amount of space, where you can sail alongside mighty whales, and spot Arctic birds sweeping into the deep blue depths of the sea in pursuit of an elusive meal. Space does not come at the expense of an intimate onboard experience, however. Le Boréal’s service levels, cuisine and the quality of expeditions on offer are all in a league of their own.
