CABINS ON LE LYRIAL
Divided across three decks, Le Lyrial’s 122 contemporary staterooms and suites provide all the modern comforts you could want for your time at sea. Furnished in an uplifting palette of soft white and grey, accented by splashes of aquamarine and slate blue, all offer 24-hour room service, Bluetooth speakers by Bose, Nespresso coffee machines and gleaming en-suite bathrooms with amenities by Diptyque Paris.
Those seeking enhanced views and light can upgrade to a Prestige Stateroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony where you can admire the passing scenery from the moment you wake. Suites offer more space still, with some categories equipped to accommodate up to four people making them an ideal choice for families. Other suites are still geared towards couples but feature added benefits such as bathrooms with Balneo tubs, butler service, expanded balconies and priority check-in.
DINING
As you would expect, a refined dining experience is a key aspect of any Ponant cruise and Le Lyrial is no exception. Two individual restaurants open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but with distinct menus and ambiences allowing you to choose between informal dining in the relaxed setting of La Comète grill or a sophisticated gastronomic experience at Le Céleste. Guests can also call upon room service at any time of day or night should they prefer to dine in the comfort of their cabin.
AMENITIES
When not out and about enjoying Le Lyrial’s array of excursions in the Arctic surroundings, the vessel offers plenty of scope for your time onboard. If you are unable to tear yourself away from the ever-changing landscapes out on deck, you may wish to enjoy these over a drink or two in the exterior bar, or while having a dip in the heated outdoor pool. Return inside to further enjoy the views from the panoramic lounge, or settle in for a soothing treatment in the wellness area. This well-equipped space also features a hammam, L’Oréal Paris hair salon and a fitness studio.
WHY WE LIKE IT
Nothing beats the style and sophistication of a Ponant cruise, and this experience is only heightened on one of the most intimate vessels in the fleet. Whilst being fully equipped with the latest technologies and engineering power to glide through Arctic waters with ease, Le Lyrial still manages to bring an inimitable feeling of elegance to proceedings.
