Step 1 - An exploratory conversation

We will arrange a phone or video call with you to hear more about your priorities for this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. We can also answer any questions you may have about routing, timing and unmissable experiences along the way.
Step 2 – Outline itinerary
Having learned more about what is most important to you for your sabbatical, we will present a draft itinerary outline for your consideration. If you are happy with the plan, we will then collect a planning fee, which is fully deductible against the final cost of your sabbatical.
Step 3 – Detailed itinerary
Having carried out comprehensive flight and hotel availability checks, we can now add much more colour to our suggestions with a fully detailed proposal accompanied by guideline prices and plenty of additional inspiration for your adventure.
Step 4 – Feedback and fine tuning
We will arrange a conference call to hear your full feedback on the proposal, answering any further questions you may have and proceeding to make any adjustments required until the itinerary is perfect. You can now start your countdown in earnest!
Step 5 – One month to go - final documents
Having paid your balance 60 days before you travel, we will send out your detailed final itinerary one month before your departure and activate your personalised travel App which accompanies you along the way. All the information you need will be at your fingertips whenever you need it.
Step 6 – Keeping in touch
In addition to a pre-departure phone call to make sure you are all set, we will be in contact at regular intervals while you are away. As well as your personal sabbatical contact at Red Savannah, our services include 24-hour emergency assistance on the ground from our expert local teams who will be able to react quickly if there is any help that you need at all while you are away.
Step 7 – Welcome home
After such a significant adventure, we would love to hear how you got on. We appreciate it may take some time to fully absorb everything you have experienced along the way, but – as soon as you are ready – we would love to hear your feedback.
